The Summit should occur today evening, time with a possible outbreak of around 200 meteors per hour by 4 clock, Eastern tomorrow. The moon will wash some of the lowest, but if you can find in this dark place, away from city lights, you should see, especially against the sky in the east and northeast, time can not, of course.
